Watermelon juice


It’s hot, so let’s do some watermelon juice! Suitable for breakfast or as an extra boost before or after your workout. Great for an evening chatting with a friend, a date or a party.

The recipe is ridiculously easy:

1/2 large or 1 small watermelon

Directions:

Cut the watermelon into pieces without skin and blend. Pour through a strainer. Done!

Optional – a few leaves of fresh mint. Let it sit for a while in the refrigerator to cool down.
